Qwaqwa stakeholders plough back Stakeholders celebrated Mandela Day at Thekolohelong Welfare Centre in Phuthaditjhaba. 219 elders received food parcels and blankets. Chairperson of the Free State Community Policing Forum Advocate Sephiri Moshodi said they identified the elderly of Qwaqwa because the area is most affected by unemployment and poverty. Chairperson of Free State Fujian Over sea Chinese Jimmy Shi added that since the beginning of International Mandela Day they have ploughed back into the community by giving them food parcels. Other stakeholders who also participated in the event included Phuthaditjhaba Cluster SAPS, Twilight Group, Boxer Supermarket, Shoprite, Old Mutual, and Ntsoaki Driving School.
