THE Boxer Win a Wedding competition is at the halfway mark and entries are streaming in.
Several finalists have been chosen, but you still have time to enter the competition, which will see one couple walking away with the grand prize of R100 000 in wedding items and an exclusive feature in Daily Sun.
Mitah Mahlangu, who entered at Boxer Nelspruit, said she met Lucky when they were small children.
"We first met in grade 1 at Njomane Primary School, but only started dating when we finished school."
The couple fell in love, but only after Lucky got the courage to ask Mitah out.
"I had to wait a while because he just never pursued me," said Mitah.
Masale Mmola, a finalist who entered at Boxer Ga-Kgapane, said it was instant love.
"We were both walking down the street and when our eyes met, I stopped and asked her how she was doing."
"She was shy but I knew right there that she was the one."
For the Mahlangus and Mmolas, a white wedding has not been possible, though they have all celebrated their love with traditional weddings.
"In 2004 Mitah feel pregnant and gave birth to a son. We courted until 2012 when I paid lobola in March, and in August we got married traditionally," said Lucky.
For Masale it's been 25 years since the two married in a traditional wedding. He's desperate to win the competition to give his wife a white wedding.
Entries to the Boxer Win a Wedding competition close on 6 November.
Winners will be announced on 22 November.
